Hello! My name is Mikala Whitaker, and I am a public relations professional currently working for Ketchum's Public Sector and Government team. With Ketchum, I've worked with various Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services accounts as well as the National Institutes of Health Office of Research on Women's Health.

I love the power of public relations to make change: PR can make the small client’s voice heard; it can connect and empower communities; it can even change the way people think. Through my work at Ketchum and elsewhere, I've learned to apply this power of PR to do good. In the coming years, I want to continue this commitment of making change through passionate PR and never stop.

 

Outside of work, I am a marathon runner, a hiker, and a big dog lover.
